We accept most major PPO dental plans and will verify your benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises on the day.
In-network rates
We are in-network with the plans listed above. Out-of-network patients are welcome, and we will tell you what your reimbursement is likely to be before you commit to a treatment plan.
CareCredit financing
0% interest financing is available on treatments over $1,000 for 6 to 24 months. We handle the application in the office — there is no credit check to apply.
Cash & card
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due at the time of service unless you are on a monthly plan.
Membership plans
Two monthly plans that cover cleanings, exams and a discount on treatment. No waiting periods, no annual maximum, and unused benefits roll over.
Good faith estimates
Under the ADA's Your Right to Know rule, we provide a written good faith estimate for any treatment costing more than $150. It is valid for 90 days.

Under the American Dental Association’s Your Right to Know rule, anyone providing dental services must give you a written good faith estimate before you agree to treatment costing more than $150.
That estimate must list the treatment planned, the cost of each, your expected insurance contribution and the amount you would actually owe. It is valid for 90 days. We provide one routinely, and you are always welcome to take it away and think about it.
- Ask any practice for this — if they hesitate, that is a red flag worth noticing.
- Compare on total cost — not just your monthly premium.

Memberships are for patients without dental insurance and are not combined with insurance benefits. Ask us about our sliding-scale program if cost is a barrier.
