Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, the details you enter into an appointment or message form, and any clinical notes our dentists record about your treatment.

We also collect standard technical information when you visit this site, including your IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed. This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and provide dental care, to contact you about appointments and treatment plans, to process insurance claims, and to send you appointment reminders.

We may also contact you about relevant dental health information or practice news where you have asked us to. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting the care you receive.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

HIPAA and your health information

Bricktown Dental Studio is covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. We are required by law to protect the privacy and security of your individually identifiable health information, to provide you with this notice, and to give you the right to request your records.

You may request a copy of your health records at any time, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to limit who we share your information with, and ask for a record of certain disclosures. Contact the practice and we will complete your request within 30 days.

Data retention and security

Clinical records are retained for at least seven years after your last visit, as required by Missouri law. Financial records are retained for seven years.

Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on systems protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, which is why we never ask for medical details that a real patient would not want in an email.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where the law permits it, and withdraw consent for any communication you have not asked for.

This website is a demonstration project for a fictional practice. Do not submit real personal or medical information through these forms.
